Rooms
Check-in & check-out
- 24 hours on normal days.
- 22 hours, 5 pm – 3 pm on seasonal days (festival days, marriage ceremonies).
Any extension of stay must be confirmed with the lobby manager. A grace period for early check-in or late check-out is purely at the lobby manager’s discretion.
Payment & cancellation
- Advance: 100% at the time of booking for seasonal days.
- Cancellation: zero refund.
- Additional occupancy: ₹1,000 per head (bed, sheet and pillow).
Room occupancy & extra beds
- Double bed room: up to 4 guests. The 3rd guest is free; the 4th pays ₹1,000.
- Triple bed room: up to 5 guests. The 4th guest is free; the 5th pays ₹1,000.
- Extra bed: ₹750 per head for the 3rd and 4th guest.
Identity proof
A government-issued photo ID is compulsory for all occupants, including co-occupants.
A copy of the registration card with ID proof goes to the city police commissioner’s office, as per government order.
Common areas & visitors
A room booking does not entitle guests to improper use of the property’s features and common areas.
Visitors are not permitted in guest rooms after 10:00 pm.
Halls
Timing
22 hours, 5 pm – 3 pm. Banquet check-in is 17:00 and check-out is 15:00 the next day, always.
Payment & cancellation
Advance: 50% at the time of booking; the remaining 50% at least 45 days before the event.

Kitchen usage
- Vessels for veg food preparation are provided.
- Vessels for non-veg have to be rented from outside.
- Non-veg food can’t be prepared in the main banquet kitchen; a separate area will be identified for it.
- Both veg and non-veg food can be served in the dining area.
- An additional cleaning charge of ₹3,000 applies for non-veg.
Facilities
- 450 seats in the banquet hall, 180 seats in the dining hall.
- Purified water system on request.
- Separate ladies’ and gents’ toilets.
- Generator available for lights and fans only, on condition that AC is not used in the cottage and standard rooms.
- Ample free car parking.
Privacy
When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, mobile number, email address, dates, package and any message you write. We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and to manage your booking. We do not sell or share them with anyone else.
Enquiries are delivered by email to [email protected]. If you choose WhatsApp, your message goes through WhatsApp under its own privacy terms.
